Local First and Grand Valley Health Plan

 
All members of Local First are now eligible to receive association pricing on three pre-selected Grand Valley Health Plan medical plans.

To be eligible for the plans, you must meet the criteria listed below.

• Be a member of Local First of West MI
• Have two or more eligible employees (related family members cannot make up the only two)
• Cannot have been on a GVHP plan within the past two years
• Employer must contribute a minimum of 50% of the group’s total premium
